These general conditions govern sales concluded on the site www.posterhubstudio.com between:

POSTER HUB STUDIO

(hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”)

And

any natural or legal person making a purchase via the site (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of cinema posters and advertising art offered by Poster Hub Studio.

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are reproductions of vintage posters printed in high quality on matte paper or canvas. Each image is accompanied by a detailed description.

The visuals presented on the site are not contractual. Slight variations in color or format may exist depending on the original models.

3. PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) .

Poster Hub Studio reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. ORDER

Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of non-payment, prior dispute, or suspected fraud.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is secure.

6. DELIVERY

The posters are carefully rolled in a rigid tube and shipped via Colissimo or equivalent within 7 working days maximum (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Additional time may be required in the event of a stock shortage , particularly for embroidery materials. The customer will then be informed.

Deliveries are made to the address provided when ordering. In the event of an error in the contact details, Poster Hub Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns are only accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging .

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product).

No refund will be issued if the item is received damaged or after the 14 day period.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

Poster Hub Studio cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of the postal service, strike or unavailability of the product.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site (texts, images, visuals, brands, logos) are the exclusive property of Poster Hub Studio or its partners.

Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is necessary for order management and is never sold to third parties.

The customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data at any time (in accordance with the GDPR).

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of César Éditions.
