Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

These terms and conditions govern sales concluded on the website www.posterhubstudio.com between:

POSTER HUB STUDIO

(hereinafter referred to as "the Seller")

and

any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of cinema posters and advertising art offered by Poster Hub Studio.

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are reproductions of vintage posters printed in high quality on matte paper or canvas. Each visual is accompanied by a detailed description.

The visuals presented on the site are non-contractual. Slight variations in shade or format may exist depending on the original models.

3. PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Poster Hub Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is confirmed.

4. ORDER

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

The customer receives a confirmation email summarizing their order. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of non-payment, previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.

5. PAYMENT

Payment can be made online by credit card, PayPal or any other payment method offered on the site at the time of purchase. Payment is secure.

6. DELIVERY

Posters are carefully rolled in a rigid tube and shipped via Colissimo or equivalent within a maximum of 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

An additional delay may be necessary in case of stock shortage, especially for embroidery supports. The customer will then be informed.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated during the order. In case of error in the contact details, Poster Hub Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (damaged or incorrect product).

No refund will be issued if the item is received damaged or after the 14-day period.

8. LIABILITY

Poster Hub Studio cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption of postal services, strike or product unavailability.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site (texts, images, visuals, brands, logos) are the exclusive property of Poster Hub Studio or its partners.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is necessary for order management and is never sold to third parties.

The customer has a right to access, modify and delete their data at any time (in accordance with the GDPR).

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of César Éditions.
